Appatlo Okadundevadu Telugu Movie Review, Rating: Nara Rohith’s action-oriented film Appatlo Okadundevadu has released today. This suspense action oriented film is directed by Sagar K. Chandra and produced by Prashanti & Krishna Vijay under Aran Media Works. Along with Nara Rohith, the film also features Tanya Hope and Sree Vishnu in the lead roles. The Music album is composed by Sai Karthik. Nara Rohit once again has come up with a different movie “Appatlo Okadundevadu” and also playing a vital role along with the hero Sree Vishnu.

Story: “Appatlo Okadundevadu” purely deals with the incidents which happened in Hyderabad during the 1990s and the major story revolves around Nara Rohith and Sree Vishnu.

Nara Rohit has selected a critical subject with Appatlo Okadundevadu in which he played a role of encounter specialist who hates naxalites as he lost his parents in a naxal attack. Along with Nara Rohit, Sri Vishnu as Railway Raju gave a solid performance in the film. Sri Vishnu impressed as an honest man but later gets on to the wrong track while Nara Rohit entertains with his aggressiveness. Tanya Hope gave a glamorous performance with good acting skills. Rajeev Kanakal, Brahmaji, Srinivas Reddy, Ajay and other actors impressed with their exciting roles.

Director Sagar K. Chandra prepared the story with the realistic incidents which happened in Hyderabad during 1992 to 1996. He narrated the incidents in a perfect manner which keeps views hooked with the story with enough twists and turns. Story has no hero and no villain but the circunstances turned them villain or hero. He gave the film a thriller look involving the honest police officer who focuses on the mission and the cricketer who later turns a criminal. The first half raised the curiosity on second half but the second half slow down a bit. He highlighted the life of Railway Raju and the naxal link in the film but made a good choice by not including more lecture on naxalism.

Music director Sai Karthik came up with an average songs and the background music is good. The rerecording elevated the scenes and all the dialogues are natural without any forced philosophy. Cinematography by Naveen Yadav made an excellent visuals. The director made the best attempt by selecting a serious critical story rather than safe genres like love stories or comedy films. Due to the strong content, some backdrops are not visable and the emotional climax gave a good ending to the film.

Verdict: Appatlo Okadundevadu is one of the rarest films which is going to be a path breaker in Telugu film industry. The director connected the events with true incidents through his unique and excellent screenplay. Finally, the story ends up as a decent action movie.

Final Verdict: On the whole, Appatlo Okadundevadu is different attempt made by the director potraying an emotional, engaging and entertaining film in a new style of filmmaking in Telugu. Grab your tickets and watch the movie in the theater.
